Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the sender ID being blocked due to the presence of unregistered or non-whitelisted URLs in the SMS body.

To ensure the smooth delivery of your messages containing URLs, we kindly request you share the URLs with us for whitelisting.

Please note the following points before submitting the URLs for the whitelist process:

• All URLs must be pre-approved. Only the hostname part of the URL will be considered. Once a hostname is approved, any URL using the same hostname will be allowed.
• Generic and shortened URLs, such as bit.ly, are not allowed.
• The domain of the URL should be related to your SenderID and reflect the business behind it.
• The whitelisting process may take approximately 4-5 working days to complete.
• By providing us with the necessary URLs for whitelisting, you can ensure that your messages containing these URLs will not be blocked and will reach the intended recipients seamlessly.
